MILEAGE
Under 10 Mile Radius: $250 Minimum
10-20 Mile Radius: $500 Minimum
20-25 Mile Radius: $750 Minimum
25+ Mile Radius: $1000+ Minimum (Minimum price may vary)
Note: Taxes and delivery not included. Outdoor setups or event venues may require larger minimums.

BALLOONS
Additional Costs: Chrome and Metallic Balloons
Foils (spikey balloons): Available through Amazon
Balloon Colors: Limited on-hand inventory; a few weeks' notice required for specific colors
Big Shiny Balls: Not available on site; shop at bigshinyballs.com using code LANDPARTY10 for 10% off

EVENT DATE RESERVATION: Complete the "BOOK NOW | INQUIRY FROM." Date reserved upon deposit/payment receipt.

CANCELATION POLICY
Client Cancellation: No refund; amount can be transferred to another date/event with LAND Party Rentals services.
LAND Party Rentals Cancellation: 100% refund within 7 business days or option for credit for future services.

BALLOON DÉCOR INSTALLATION/GUARENTEE
High Quality: Environmentally friendly latex balloons
Indoor Décor: Install up to 2 days prior; air-filled balloons last about a week; helium-filled with Hi-Float lasts at least 2 days.
Outdoor Décor: Install on the event day; longevity not guaranteed due to weather; oxidation causes velvet/matte texture.
Inclement Weather Options
Transfer to indoor décor with minimal changes and charges.
Postpone to another date/time at no additional charge unless outside delivery zone.

DELIVERY, SET UP, TAKE DOWN, RENTAL PICK-UP
Delivery: $2.50 per mile
Set-up: $89 per hour
Take-down/Strike/Rental Pick-up: $75 flat rate
Prices
All listed prices are starting prices.
Orders subject to tax and delivery charges.

RENTALS
Ownership: Items belong to LAND Party Rentals and should not be moved without permission.
Collection: LAND Party Rentals will collect rental items at agreed upon time.
Rental Items Include:
Stands, backdrops, sequin/non-sequin curtains, boxwood hedge, acrylic screen, artificial florals, beverage/treat wall
Placement: Consult with client on arrival and before leaving the venue.
Damages: Client responsible for replacing or paying for damaged items.

COMMUNICATION POLICY
Response Time: Please allow up to 48 hours for a response as we are often out in the field assisting and building amazing creations.
Business Hours:
Monday-Thursday: We will return emails.
Friday-Sunday: We are on location at events.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

RESERVATION AND BOOKING
Quote Validity: Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
Late Payments: A late fee of 10% of the total invoice amount will be charged for payments made after the due date.
Insurance and Liability

INSURANCE
LAND Party Rentals carries general liability insurance. Clients may request a certificate of insurance for their event.
Liability: LAND Party Rentals is not liable for any injury or damage to persons or property arising from the use of rental items. Clients assume full responsibility for the use and supervision of rental items.

HEALTH & SAFETY
Safety Guidelines: All installations and setups will be conducted following health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of clients and staff.
Sanitization: All rental items are cleaned and sanitized before and after each event to maintain high hygiene standards.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Site Access: Clients must provide clear access to the venue for delivery, setup, and pickup. Any delays caused by restricted access may incur additional charges.

POWER SUPLLY: Clients are responsible for ensuring an adequate power supply for all electronic rental items.
Permits: Clients must obtain any necessary permits for the use of rental items at their event location.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Event Planning Consultation: Available at an additional cost. Clients can schedule a consultation to discuss event themes, design ideas, and logistics.
Custom Designs: Custom balloon designs and special requests are available upon request. Additional fees may apply depending on complexity and materials required.

EVENT CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
Change Requests: Clients can request changes to their event order up to 14 days before the event. Changes requested within 14 days may incur additional charges.
Event Postponement: If an event needs to be postponed, clients must notify LAND Party Rentals at least 7 days in advance to transfer the booking to a new date without penalty.
By adhering to these policies, LAND Party Rentals ensures a seamless and enjoyable experience for all clients, providing high-quality balloon and event rental services with professionalism and care.
