Our custom balloon installations are fully designed and installed by our team and priced based on size, scope, and event logistics. Each installation is tailored to your space and event needs.
Total Rental Package Minimums
$500 minimum — Indoor events, Monday–Friday
$750 minimum — Outdoor events, Monday–Friday
$1,000 minimum — Saturday–Sunday events with flexible setup times
$1,500 minimum — Friday–Sunday events with exact setup and pickup times (typically venues)
Balloon Pricing
Balloons are priced at $90 per 5 feet. Please note that balloon measurements are based on total balloon usage, not just visible height. Width, depth, and overall volume are factored into each design. For example, a display that appears 10 feet tall may require 15 feet or more of balloons to achieve the desired fullness and impact.
Pricing does not include foil balloons, florals, specialty balloons, signage, or other add-on elements.

Installation fees range from 20%–35% of the total balloon cost and are determined by:

Balloons are $90 per 5 ft, based on total balloon volume (height + width + fullness), not height alone.
Rental Minimums: $500 indoor Mon–Fri • $750 outdoor Mon–Fri • $1,000 Sat–Sun flexible setup • $1,500 Fri–Sun exact setup + pickup (venues).
Foils, florals, and add-ons are not included. Installation is 20%–35% of the balloon total based on location and timing.
