We had an absolute blast bringing Brynley’s Bubble Bistro birthday party to life! Transforming a vision into reality is what we love most at LAND, and this celebration was no exception. From the initial planning stages to the final touches, our team poured creativity and care into every detail. With vibrant colors, playful props, and an eye for design, we created an enchanting atmosphere that perfectly captured the essence of Brynley’s bubbly personality. Setting the table was all about capturing a cozy, boho vibe while keeping it fun for the kids! We draped the table in soft, flowing fabrics, blending rich greens and playful pinks to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Pink candles flickered gently among the decor, adding a lovely glow to the scene. Instead of traditional chairs, we laid out plush floor pillows and soft blankets, encouraging everyone to relax and enjoy their meal in comfort. With these thoughtful touches and a laid-back aesthetic, the dining area became a stylish yet playful space, perfect for celebrating and making memories. Menu’s were made with UV Print!
UV Print: UV Print is a cutting-edge technology that allows for vibrant, long-lasting designs to be printed directly onto transfer paper and then applied to a magnitude of hard surfaces, from acrylic signs to custom cups. This method is perfect for event customization, offering a high-quality look at an affordable price. At Taylor’d Apparel, we’ve used UV printing to create stunning, personalized menus, signs, drinkware, and more for our events. The process is not only cost-effective but also incredibly versatile, making it an ideal option for anyone looking to add a unique, professional touch to their celebration.
For the dinner menu’s we created 1 12×24 gang sheet for $22 and then purchased Acrylic 5×7 sheets on Amazon 1 pack for $8 making our total cost for menu’s under $35.

In one cozy corner, we set up a re-purposed cart where the kids could unleash their creativity and make their own goodie bags! Adorned with soft pale pink fabrics and sage green accents, the cart exuded boho charm while inviting little hands to explore. Kids filled their bags with fun treats like EOS lip balm, scrunchies, and whimsical bath bombs, along with adorable hair clips and friendship bracelets. The big, glowing number 9 added a festive touch, lighting up the space and making it feel extra special. With a beautifully crafted wooden lantern nearby, this corner became a playful haven for imagination and fun, ensuring that each child left with a personalized memento from the celebration.

Custom Canopy Tutorial for Our Candy Cart
We used 2 yards of spandex fabric and 2 yards of embroidered tulle fabric from Joann’s to cover a piece of cardboard. We scored the cardboard where it needed to fold on the canopy, wrapped it like a present with the solid color first, embroidered tulle second, stappeled it on the backside, and laid it on top of the canopy for an adorable revamp
As the celebration came to a close, it was clear that this birthday party was a hit! The laughter, creative moments, and joyful memories shared among friends made the day truly special. Seeing the kids leave with their goodie bags and big smiles warmed our hearts. We’re so grateful to have been a part of this memorable day and to help create a beautiful experience that Bryn—and her friends—will cherish for years to come. Here’s to many more joyful celebrations ahead!
